Privacy Notice

1. Who we are
Wubጎጆ ("we", "us") operates this home marketplace for Ethiopia. For anything in this notice, contact us at info@gojodigital.com or +251 91 783 9553 (Bole, Addis Ababa).
2. What we collect
- Mortgage requests: property of interest, price, your monthly income, down payment, preferred term, preferred bank, and phone number.
- Home requests ("Request a Home"): the property type, budget, city, bedroom preferences and notes you submit, plus your contact details.
- Owner submissions: property details, photos, and the contact information you choose to publish on your listing.
- Listing reports: the listing reported and any description you provide.
- Device location — only if you tap "Use my location", and only to filter listings by distance. It is used in your browser and not stored by us.
3. Why we use it
To show you a mortgage estimate, to forward your consented mortgage request to the bank you selected, to share your home request with relevant agencies and brokers, to publish listings you submit, and to investigate reported listings and keep the platform safe.
4. Consent and sharing
We share your mortgage details with only the bank you selected, and only after you tick the consent box on the mortgage form. Your consent statement is included with the request so there is a record of it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else without your consent unless the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time before the bank processes your request by contacting us.
We are not a lender. Mortgage figures on this site are estimates only — they are not loan offers or approvals. The bank you select makes its own decision under its own terms.
5. Your rights
Under Proclamation No. 1321/2024 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@gojodigital.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Ethiopian Communications Authority (ECA), the supervising authority.
6. Retention
We keep mortgage and home-request details only as long as needed to hand them to the bank or agencies and to keep a record of your consent, after which they are deleted. Listings remain published until removed by the owner or by us.
7. International transfers
If you contact us from outside Ethiopia (for example as a diaspora buyer), your messages reach us through the messaging service you use (WhatsApp, Telegram, email). Any onward sharing inside Ethiopia follows this notice and the Proclamation's transfer rules.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

1. እኛ ማን ነን
Wubጎጆ ("እኛ") ይህን የኢትዮጵያ የቤት ገበያ መድረክ ያስተዳድራል። ስለዚህ መግለጫ ማንኛውም ጥያቄ ካለዎት በinfo@gojodigital.com ወይም +251 91 783 9553 (ቦሌ፣ አዲስ አበባ) ያግኙን።
2. የምንሰበስበው መረጃ
- የሞርጌጅ ጥያቄዎች፦ የሚፈልጉት ቤት፣ ዋጋ፣ ወርሃዊ ገቢዎ፣ ቅድመ ክፍያ፣ የሚመርጡት የብድር ጊዜ፣ የሚመርጡት ባንክ እና ስልክ ቁጥርዎ።
- የቤት ጥያቄዎች ("ቤት ይጠይቁ")፦ የሚያስገቡት የቤት ዓይነት፣ በጀት፣ ከተማ፣ የመኝታ ክፍል ምርጫ እና ማስታወሻዎች፣ እንዲሁም የመገናኛ መረጃዎ።
- የባለቤት ማስታወቂያዎች፦ የቤት ዝርዝሮች፣ ፎቶዎች እና በማስታወቂያዎ ላይ እንዲታተም የመረጡት የመገናኛ መረጃ።
- የማስታወቂያ ሪፖርቶች፦ ሪፖርት የተደረገው ማስታወቂያ እና የሚሰጡት መግለጫ።
- የመሣሪያ አካባቢ — "አካባቢዬን ተጠቀም" ሲጫኑ ብቻ፣ እና ማስታወቂያዎችን በርቀት ለማጣራት ብቻ። በብራውዘርዎ ውስጥ ይሠራል፤ እኛ አናስቀምጠውም።
3. ለምን እንጠቀምበታለን
የሞርጌጅ ግምት ለማሳየት፣ በፈቃድዎ የሞርጌጅ ጥያቄዎን ለመረጡት ባንክ ለማስተላለፍ፣ የቤት ጥያቄዎን ለሚመለከታቸው ኤጀንሲዎችና ደላሎች ለማጋራት፣ የሚያስገቡትን ማስታወቂያ ለማተም እና ሪፖርት የተደረጉ ማስታወቂያዎችን በመመርመር መድረኩን ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ ለማድረግ።
4. ፈቃድ እና ማጋራት
የሞርጌጅ መረጃዎን የምናጋራው ለመረጡት ባንክ ብቻ ነው፤ ይህም በሞርጌጅ ቅጹ ላይ የፈቃድ ሳጥኑን ምልክት ካደረጉ በኋላ ብቻ ነው። የፈቃድዎ መግለጫ ከጥያቄው ጋር ይካተታል፤ ስለዚህ መዝገብ ይኖራል። የግል መረጃዎን አንሸጥም፤ ሕግ ካላስገደደ በስተቀር ያለፈቃድዎ ለሌላ ማንም አናጋራም። ባንኩ ጥያቄዎን ከማስኬዱ በፊት በማንኛውም ጊዜ ፈቃድዎን ማንሳት ይችላሉ።
እኛ አበዳሪ አይደለንም። በዚህ ድረ-ገጽ ላይ ያሉ የሞርጌጅ ቁጥሮች ግምት ብቻ ናቸው — የብድር አቅርቦት ወይም ይሁንታ አይደሉም። የመረጡት ባንክ በራሱ ሁኔታዎች የራሱን ውሳኔ ይሰጣል።
5. መብቶችዎ
በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1321/2016 መሠረት ስለእርስዎ የያዝነውን የግል መረጃ የማግኘት፣ የማስተካከል፣ የማስሰረዝ እና ፈቃድዎን የማንሳት መብት አለዎት። እነዚህን ለመጠቀም info@gojodigital.com ይጻፉ። በምላሻችን ካልረኩ ለተቆጣጣሪው ባለሥልጣን — የኢትዮጵያ ኮሙኒኬሽን ባለሥልጣን (ECA) — ቅሬታ ማቅረብ ይችላሉ።
6. የመረጃ ቆይታ
የሞርጌጅ እና የቤት ጥያቄ መረጃዎችን ለባንኩ ወይም ለኤጀንሲዎች ለማስተላለፍ እና የፈቃድዎን መዝገብ ለመያዝ በሚያስፈልገው ጊዜ ብቻ እናስቀምጣለን፤ ከዚያ በኋላ ይሰረዛሉ። ማስታወቂያዎች በባለቤቱ ወይም በእኛ እስኪወገዱ ድረስ ታትመው ይቆያሉ።
7. ድንበር ተሻጋሪ ዝውውር
ከኢትዮጵያ ውጭ ሆነው ካገኙን (ለምሳሌ የዲያስፖራ ገዢ ከሆኑ)፣ መልዕክቶችዎ በሚጠቀሙት የመልዕክት አገልግሎት (ዋትስአፕ፣ ቴሌግራም፣ ኢሜይል) በኩል ይደርሱናል። በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የሚደረግ ማንኛውም ቀጣይ ማጋራት ይህንን መግለጫ እና የአዋጁን የዝውውር ደንቦች ይከተላል።
8. ለውጦች
አሠራራችን ሲቀየር ይህንን ገጽ እናሻሽላለን፤ ከላይ ያለውን ቀንም እንለውጣለን። ጉልህ ለውጦች በድረ-ገጹ ላይ ይገለጻሉ።

1. Nu eenyu
Wubጎጆ ("nu") gabaa manaa Itoophiyaa kana hogganna. Waa'ee ibsa kanaa gaaffii yoo qabaattan, info@gojodigital.com ykn +251 91 783 9553 (Boolee, Finfinnee) nu qunnamaa.
2. Maal walitti qabna
- Gaaffii moorgeejii: mana barbaaddu, gatii, galii ji'aa kee, kaffaltii duraa, yeroo liqii filatte, baankii filattee fi lakkoofsa bilbilaa kee.
- Gaaffii manaa ("Mana Gaafadhu"): gosa manaa, baajata, magaalaa, filannoo kutaa ciisichaa fi yaadannoo galchitu, akkasumas odeeffannoo qunnamtii kee.
- Maxxansa abbaa manaa: ibsa manaa, suuraalee fi odeeffannoo qunnamtii maxxansa kee irratti akka mul'atu filatte.
- Gabaasa maxxansaa: maxxansa gabaafamee fi ibsa ati kennitu.
- Bakka meeshaa — yoo "Bakka koo fayyadami" tuqxe qofa, maxxansoota fageenyaan calaluuf qofa. Biraawzarii kee keessatti hojjeta; nuti hin kuusnu.
3. Maaliif itti fayyadamna
Tilmaama moorgeejii sitti agarsiisuuf, gaaffii moorgeejii hayyama keetiin baankii filatteef dabarsuuf, gaaffii manaa kee ejensiiwwanii fi dallaaltota dhimmi ilaaluuf qooduuf, maxxansa galchitu maxxansuuf, akkasumas maxxansoota gabaafaman qorachuudhaan waltajjicha nageenya qabeessa taasisuuf.
4. Hayyamaa fi qooduu
Odeeffannoo moorgeejii kee baankii ati filatte qofaaf qoodna — kunis erga sanduuqa hayyamaa unka moorgeejii irratti mallatteessitee booda qofa. Ibsi hayyama keetii gaaffii wajjin waan ergamuuf ragaan isaa ni jiraata. Daataa dhuunfaa kee hin gurgurru; seerri yoo nu dirqisiise malee hayyama kee malee nama biraaf hin qoodnu. Baankichi gaaffii kee hojjechuu dura yeroo kamiyyuu hayyama kee deebistee fudhachuu dandeessa.
Nuti liqeessaa miti. Lakkoofsonni moorgeejii fuula kana irra jiran tilmaama qofa — dhiyeessii liqii ykn hayyamamuu miti. Baankiin ati filatte haala mataa isaatiin murtee mataa isaa kenna.
5. Mirgoota kee
Labsii Lakk. 1321/2024 jalatti daataa dhuunfaa waa'ee kee qabnu argachuu, sirreessuu, haquu fi hayyama kee deebistee fudhachuu mirga qabda. Kana fayyadamuuf info@gojodigital.com barreessi. Deebii keenyatti yoo hin quufne, Abbaa Taayitaa Komunikeeshinii Itoophiyaa (ECA) komii dhiyeeffachuu dandeessa.
6. Turtii daataa
Odeeffannoo moorgeejii fi gaaffii manaa hamma baankii ykn ejensiiwwaniif dabarsinuu fi ragaa hayyama keetii qabannutti qofa kuusna; sana booda ni haqamu. Maxxansoonni hamma abbaan manaa ykn nuti kaasnutti maxxanfamanii turu.
7. Dabarsa biyya alaa
Itoophiyaa alaa yoo nu qunnamte (fakkeenyaaf bitataa diyaaspooraa yoo taate), ergaawwan kee tajaajila ergaa ati fayyadamtuun (WhatsApp, Telegram, imeelii) nu dhaqqabu. Qooduun itti aanu kamiyyuu Itoophiyaa keessatti ibsa kanaa fi seerota dabarsaa Labsichaa hordofa.
8. Jijjiirama
Hojimaanni keenya yoo jijjiirame fuula kana ni fooyyessina; guyyaa armaan olii ni jijjiirra. Jijjiiramni guddaan marsariitii irratti ni beeksifama.
